Visionary Chris Eyre-Walker captures the essence of freedom and exploration with the new OM-D E-M5 Mark III.
This project truly showcases that when you have smaller, lighter and portable gear it provides more freedom, more flexibility, more creative possibilities.
"I decided to challenge myself to capture 24 photos in 24 hours that captured the Essence of Belgium, my home country. And then turn around an exhibition of the 24 photos on the following day. I figured I needed a project that could test not only the camera but also myself. A project that would show what the camera was capable of but also, that a smaller, lighter and portable camera provides more freedom, more flexibility, more creative possibilities.
These days, more often than not I get the feeling that the essence and soul of photography get completely overseen. So, I figured I'd set out to create something that went beyond the numbers, stats, and pixel peeping all the keyboard warriors on the Internet always have so much to say about, but instead, go out and just create something. This is the film of this project."
